Hi, I am Aurélie
I help you lead future-proof & high-performing teams (humans and GenAI) in healthcare and develop strategy or products faster.
I bring creativity and disciplined methods with contagious energy and a smile, deep expertise in commercial strategy, testing business ideas and healthcare innovations, as well as a team and system coaching approach.
My journey
Deciding to shift from market access strategy to setting up healthcare innovation at Roche, a 80,000+ employee company in 2015 changed my career—and my life—forever.
Here’s what happened next:
📌 2015: Led the transformation of innovation at Roche Pharma Global by establishing a team + frameworks integrating design thinking, agile/scrum, and new business models to enhance access and pricing strategies. Help over 20 countries + 350 access colleagues to design and test faster effective access strategies.
📌 2017: Got my 3rd boy and decided to try entrepreneurship 💪
📌 2018: Founded Bambooster to help corporate healthcare or sustainability leaders accelerate from ideas to significant investments & 1st paying customers.
📌 2023: Scaled Bambooster using generative AI, saving 1/2 day per week, and now teaches SME & corporate teams to integrate GenAI in their work
I believe that everyone can be creative and that collaboration and trust are key to any transformation.
This is why I am a long-time practitioner of Service Design and Design Thinking and Lean Startups, a Scrum Master, a certified trainer on Business Model Generation methodology, and a visual strategist. I am also a passionate certified organization and relationship systemic coach (ORSC).

At Bambooster we bring along the boost, the high energy in projects and workshop facilitation in the same way bamboo grows. Bamboo is the fastest growing plant on Earth, and is highly resilient, flexible and humble. Pragmatic, impact-driven project design in co-creation mode with our clients and their clients (e.g., physicians, pharmacists, patients…). The output will not be a beautiful 250 slides deck that nobody will use and force you to hire us again two years later. We do beautiful slides, but most importantly, we ensure to transfer knowledge and capabilities to you and ensure lasting momentum.
